an educator is to:

5. Be a conscious model of moral and ethical behavior.
6. Create a classroom with a positive and safe environment.
7. Respect each student as an individual.
8. Be fair and impartial when student behavior is in question.
9. Recognize self-discipline and good citizenship skills in myself and my students.
